Bronwyn is a wonderful yoga teacher who is kind warm and nurturing . She can judge your ability and pitches the class to ensure you feel capable and can grow and develop . She creates such a safe space . I have found so much from her class at a very hard time in my life . I highly recommend joining one of her wonderful classes and experiencing some movement and mindfulness too
